Construction
All properties will be timberframed construction. The elevations will be a blend of high quality facing brick and render patches if applicable in accordance with approved plans.

White PUCV fully reversible windows, double-glazed with low E glass, white vents, extension sills and white locking handles fitted.

Decoration
All internal woodwork to be finished in satin white unless otherwise specified. All ceilings will be smooth finished, walls and ceilings will be emulsioned.

Gas central heating with thermostatic radiator valves fitted in every room to an approved specification.

A choice of high quality units and worktops from our specifi ed range. Also included are 11/2 bowl sink and mixer tap, stainless steel hob and extractor hood, intergrated oven and intergrated fridge freezer, piped for dishwasher. Plans for kitchens are available separately.
Gardens
Front gardens to be turfed with the rear gardens graded and seeded where appropriate.
Ironmongery
Contemporary chrome ironmongery to all internal doors.

Sanitary ware in white. Thermostatic shower with shower door.
Wall Tiling
The kitchen is tiled above worktops levels to underside of the wall units.

Mains powered smoke detectors are fitted to Power points and lights supplied.
